For health reasons, I had to move back to Maryland without preparing my condo unit for sale. Enter Jarrod, who took over when I left the area. He had the unit cleaned, auctioned unwanted belongings, then listed "as-is" at a fair but attractive price. Unit was listed on Friday, received two offers that weekend, and had a ratified contract by Sunday evening. I closed one month later.
